MESSAGE FROM THE LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

Salzburg is a dynamic city, full of events and resources to discover, well beyond “the Sound of Music”. The Local Organising Committee is delighted to welcome accompanying persons to join the IIW Annual Assembly and International Conference and to experience the unique atmosphere of the global IIW family.
A new special programme has been designed with a unique offer: while the technical sessions are reserved for delegates, accompanying guests are invited to enjoy a rich social programme, including dedicated events and a guided tour of the beautiful city of Salzburg.
This is a wonderful opportunity to discover local culture, explore historic landmarks, and share memorable moments with participants from around the world. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable, relaxing, and filled with engaging experiences.

SUNDAY 12th

  • IIW Opening Ceremony and welcome reception
    The opening of the event in the city of “The Sound of Music” followed by a reception in a friedship atmosphere (included).

MONDAY 13th

  • Special Programme reserved to accompanying persons
    Walking tour of the city of Salzburg with networking by taste of local flavours (included)
  • National evening
    IIW gathering in a typical atmosphere with local food and drinks.

TUESDAY 14th

  • Tours and excursions available

WEDNESDAY 15th

  • Tours and excursions available

  • IIW Gala Banquet
    The most famous formal event with seated dinner, entertainment and final dancing (included)
